Excavation and sitework has begun on the new Liberty Street apartments in downtown Spartanburg. The urban mid-rise project consists of 3 and 4 story buildings, and 10 townhome units. When completed, the project will be composed of 208 units, and 186, 100 net square feet. The anticipated completion is January 2022.
