
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial management of project assigned to them.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily project operations by coordinating with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and progress.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the project Owner and Architect.

Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, planning, and organizational skills to support project success.

Negotiate and manage contracts and purchase orders with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Facilitate and execute all aspects of the RFI and submittal processes
-
Ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to CEI’s quality standards.

Prepare all documentation for, as well as conduct, monthly OAC meetings.

Prepare monthly Owner payment requests and approve monthly subcontractor payment requests.

Monthly job cost forecasting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or min. of 10 years of equivalent Multifamily experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive multifamily experience including market rate garden style, wrap, mid-rise, and HUD developments.

Elevated concrete experience including elevated podium slabs and precast/cast in place parking garages is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience with type III and type V wood frame construction.

Must have knowledge of building practices, materials, techniques, permitting processes and requirements.

Exhibit strong leadership abilities and a high level of self-motivation, consistently taking initiative and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

Must have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and project. Experience with Procore is preferred but not mandatory.
