Project Description: New construction / 4 and 5 story tiered building with multi-level, pre-cast parking garage with 800 spaces / 217 units with 802 beds / includes an expansive clubhouse, open green spaces, resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga/pilates studio, saunas, steam rooms, game rooms, tanning beds and tennis, volleyball and bocce ball courts.
