Urban Mid-Rise Developments

Urban, mid-rise housing presents an entirely different set of challenges, typically not experienced in garden-type apartments. Mid-rise housing condenses apartments normally placed on 15 acres of land onto 2 acres or less. This design requires immense planning and coordination between the design professionals and CEI.
