Senior Living - Nursing Homes - Assisted Living
CEI has constructed dozens of major skilled nursing, assisted living, retirement, and Alzheimer facilities across the country in the last several years. This type of housing is very unique and demanding, combining specialized medical systems with the need for a comfortable and dignified lifestyle.
Faced with the challenge of providing a living facility that is comfortable, reassuring and unobtrusive, these homes must also provide the necessary security restraints and emergency devices to protect residents. These 100% Alzheimer facilities must segregate residents based on the different stages of this terribly debilitating disease, providing each resident with security, tranquility, and the opportunity to socialize with his or her peers.
CEI also has extensive experience in combining the requirements of skilled nursing and Alzheimer facilities with that of assisted living facilities. Our years of experience in the housing industry have been a great asset in merging the requirements of skilled nursing with independent living.
